Happy New Year friends! We hope you have enjoyed a wonderful holiday season packed with laughter and love. And what better way to kick off the New Year than a fantastic giveaway to get you ready for a whole YEAR of crafting?
A while back our friend Lisa Pace asked us to send her some goodies to use in her latest book, Delight in the Seasons, and we were delighted with the results.
You will love Delight in the Seasons! Lisa shares her pretty, vintage, glittery style, and demonstrates 40 great techniques on projects perfectly suited for all seasons of the year. If you're in a "creative rut" or just made a resolution to try a new technique (or two!), then this is the book for you! It's packed with inspiration, along with step-by-step instructions, accompanied by close up photos that will make you feel like you're right in the classroom with Lisa herself! A few of my favorites were the paper cone medallions (page 34-35), fabric cabbage roses (page 57), handmade felt gift bows (page 86-87), paper roses (page 112-113) and so much more!
Take a peek at some of Lisa's great projects that feature LYB's products:
Even better, Lisa gave us a copy to give away to one of our lucky blog readers! So here's your first chance to win some goodies in 2013! Win your OWN copy of Delight in the Seasons, plus some great LYB goodies to get you started! Just leave a comment telling us the FIRST crafty project you're planning to tackle in 2013. On Friday, we'll announce the winner! (And if you don't win, you can purchase a copy on Amazon.com, or by following this link!)
Best wishes for a happy, healthy, and crafty New Year!
My first project will be to try and replenish my card supply...I was wiped out at Christmas! The book looks really inspiring so who knows? My first project may even end up being something I see in the book! Thanks for the chance to win it.
