We are very excited to begin sharing what our Makin' the Grade Cyling Team has been up to and to kick off the team is Shannon Morgan. I was really intrigued by Shannon's journaling and how much of her own handwriting she puts on her pages, not to mention her flair for mixed media, but let's have Shannon tell you all about it...
Makin' the Grade is a great collection to begin with, but it becomes even better when you see beyond the everyday school scrappings...and dig a little deeper! Here's an example of how you can use it for teacher gifts! I would like to share the 12X12 canvas I created using this great line.
The embellishments and the coordinating papers make this a totally do-able thing! You can layer effortlessly with all the dimension that is found in the stickers, clear embellishments, the pop up, the fabric/canvas -- the possibilities are endless! Thank you for looking!
The first day of school is always a big one! Some of us in scrapland are already back into the swing of things, but some of you are getting back to school as we post this! Here's some first day of school inspiration using LYB's Makin' the Grade collection! It is completely versatile!
It is amazingly colorful! The papers are full of fabulous detail; they are also full of range, these papers are perfect for your Kindergartner or your High School senior! Thank you so much for looking!
Please take a look at the work on Shannon's blog Designs of a Paddymack to see more of her wonderful work and unique style.
Have a great start to your week.
