We have been so happy with how our Splash Cycling Team has wowed us with their creativity. This week we move onto The Escape collection, but we have a couple more Splash projects to share from Tamara Tripodi and Lisa Swift.
Hello there! It's Tamara again for my second (and last) 'Splash' cycling team project share! I'm so excited to show you all this adorable treat pail I made!
I thought, what better than a 'sand pail' treat bucket with the adorable 'Splash' collection? PERFECT!
When I saw the cute fabric umbrella embellishment, I knew I HAD to add it in! It looks so cute sticking out the side. The 'Splash' collection makes this one awesome little treat pail! I really layered on all those fun LYB embellishments.
I added several clear embellishments, TWO rosettes and a die cut sentiment from the paper crafting kit! I love the look for the 'waves' splashing about. So fun for a pool party!
I added on the flip flop fabric embellishments to the side opposite the umbrella to balance the project out a little bit. What do you think?
I really had a lot of fun creating this and if you'd like to make your own treat pail get yourself all of the yummy 'Splash' collection and then you will need a die cutting machine ( I use a Sizzix eclips) and the pail file from svgcuts.com OR; try and find a printable template to use! You can even alter a metal pail from the dollar store, craft store, etc.
Before I go I just wanted to thank Little Yellow Bicycle for having me back again on the cycling team! It's been a fun 'ride' and I hope I've inspired you all! Happy crafting! *waves*

Hi everyone! I'm here to share a fun Splash layout with you today. I took this photo of my husband during our vacation to Myrtle Beach last year and didn't get around to scrapping it. Turns out I'm really glad I hadn't committed it to paper yet, because the Splash collection works perfectly with it. Don't you just love the Makin' Waves paper I used for the background? I couldn't resist running part of the title along one of the waves. Instead of cutting into another piece of 12x12 paper, I used patterns from the 6x6 paper pad for the layering behind the photo. I also had a lot of fun with the new mini flag embellishments. Each one comes with a sentiment on the front, but the backs are patterned so you can dress them up any way you'd like (or not). As I mentioned in the write up about my card, I also cut apart some of the Fresh Verse stickers for this page (1. relax, 2. enjoy, the livin' is easy, life is better) so I have the remainder to use another time. Great way to stretch your supplies. :)

Have a crafty Tuesday!
