More to Swoon About with Guest Designer Stacey Michaud

We are so pleased to share another project with our Swoon Collection from Guest Designer Stacey Michaud.  She has such a wonderful idea of how to create a special project with our wedding theme, but we want Stacey to tell you all about it.

 

Hi all!  Today I am sharing an easy to make gift that will brighten any bride’s day!  Think about all the brainstorming and ideas, the business numbers and lists that go along with wedding planning.  I loved gathering a fancy pen and sitting down with a cup of coffee to make notes when I was dreaming about my wedding day.  The notebook is small enough to fit into the bride’s bag, yet has just enough detail to make it feel special.  I included three inserts that can be  taken out and carried individually when running small errands or meeting with the caterer.  To keep the notebook usable, I carefully chose flatter elements like the cardstock stickers.

I integrated the beautiful Swoon pins and dimensional stickers.  The notebook was bought in the dollar aisle at a local store.  I simply grabbed different neutrals in the Swoon 6X6 pad and cut them to fit over the cover.  The 6X6 sheets were also used to make the cards. 

Creating with Little Yellow Bicycles products are so easy because of the beautiful embellishments.  I hope the bride loves using this notebook as much as I loved making it!
