How exciting!!! I love scrapbooking and I love the fun of creating and the joy of watching my kids before my very eyes, in pictures!

The best way to celebrate National Scrapbook Day is attending an all day crop at your local scrapbook store, working on your LYB Sweet Love chipboard book with the decorative edged tablet and embellishments, to show your family how much you love them. I felt happy and loved just creating the book. Sheer enjoyment! That makes everything worth while.

Happy Scrapbooking Day to you too! I had a near death experience (heart problems) back in 2006 that would have left my 2 sons without a mother or any family history. So I began to scrapbook all those pics I had and gathered more of family along the way. All of my family is enjoying the love and detail that has been going into each and every page. I'm actually leaving behind my legacy on paper!

My husband and I tried for 13 years to have a baby- we were told by several doctors that I probably could not conceive, so we started filling out adoption paperwork. My husband broke his leg, and the next thing we know, I'm pregnant. Since I was an older parent, we had a beautiful healthy boy when I was 43, I wanted to be able to leave him memories if we weren't here. My obsession began, and now my son is stuck with it. Four years and 8 huge scrapbooks later, I hooked! My friends all tease me that my sons wife is going to hate me when she gets 50 scrapbooks along with my son, I just pray she likes to scrapbook:)
