Happy National Scrapbook Day everyone ...
and thanks for sharing it with Little Yellow Bicycle!
First off, I want to send a quick "thank you" to our Facebook friends who clued us in that our contest was not quite in line with some of the newer Facebook rules for contests. We don't want to break any rules ... so we'll still be posting on Facebook all day, but our contest will be run through our blog. The big difference from our initial announcement is that we're asking you to please send your entries to me (Peg) at firstname.lastname@example.org, rather than posting them on our Facebook wall. Please indicate which category you're entering. I'll post them up on Facebook! More on that later....
SO MANY WAYS TO WIN!
The fun starts at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow RIGHT HERE on the blog! We'll be posting questions every two hours and all you need to do is leave a comment answering the question for your chance to win! We'll pick one random comment from each question and that person will win a $25 prize pack of LYB goodies!
Be sure to check the blog at 8, 10, noon, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 for more chances to win! Yes you read that right ... 8 chances to win just for commenting!
(Submit your projects via email to "email@example.com" and indicate which category you're entering!)
Last week, we also issued our NSD Contest challenge. Three chances to win our NSD Grand Prizes, worth $150 each and including our yet-to-be-released Splash! collection. Remember there are THREE categories:
Kickin' it Old School - submit layouts, altered items, cards, mini albums ... etc. using ANY "older" collection (BabySaurus & Tiny Princess and before).
Spring Time Color Challenge - submissions should use the spring color palette (blue, green, brown and cream) from ANY of our collections. (For an example, please refer to our original post by clicking this link!)
Hot Off the Presses - submissions should use our "hot off the presses" Hello Spring collection!
We're so excited for National Scrapbook Day and we hope you'll be riding along with us all day long! Remember to check our Facebook Page regularly to see what everyone has submitted, and for goodness sake, don't forget to comment on the blog! We'll accept submissions through Monday, May 7th (just in case you're at a weekend long crop, get carried away, and forget to email us)!
Can't wait to see what you create!
