Hello everyone! Sad to say this is our last "official" post of May Arts week (though we will be picking a winner tomorrow, so be sure to post a comment)! Thanks to everyone for your well wishes for Brian. He is doing just fine thanks (and already conniving that since he broke his left arm, and he's a leftie, maybe he will be able to get out of homework for a while). Also, I agree with MANY of you that Renee should start her own blog. Her work is SO amazing and she always makes me laugh! Maybe we can all convince her (as if she doesn't already have enough on her plate!!).
A couple more projects to share with you today!
First up is this beautiful layout created by Biker Chick Tania Willis!
I just love how she added the Elizabeth Park Dimensional Butterfly Stickers and Chipboard Stickers to the Bloom Bands paper to make those butterflies pop, don't you? And the bling and pearls are darling! Top that off with the gathered and stitched May Arts Green Twill Stripe and the doubled up May Arts Orange Stitched ribbons and you have one beautiful layout. Perfect for Tania's adorable daughter Ashlyn, don't you think?
Next I have one more card from Biker Chick Mari Aartun!
Mari distressed the Elizabeth Park Birds on a Wire Paper and mounted it on lavender paper - and just added a few embellishments! So simple but so pretty. I love how she gathered the May Arts Lace Trim! (You can achieve this look either by gathering it on strong adhesive, or better, use a needle and thread to bunch it just the way you want - and then adhere it down.)
Be sure to leave a comment for your chance to win some May Arts and Little Yellow Bicycle goodies! We'll be announcing the winner TOMORROW!!!
